This MS290 short-block rebuild kit includes the 46MM bore cylinder, #1127-020-1210,piston kit, main bearings, oil seals, #9639-003-1743,spark plug, wrist pin bearing, #9512-003-2340, crankshaft, #1127-030-0402, cylinder bolts, #9075-478-4735, and the engine pan, #1127-021-2500.  It does not include a decompression valve.  It will also workon a MS310 and MS390 it will just be a 46mm instead of a 49mm.
